Bands Panel

The Bands Panel tracks DXCluster activity by Ham band. New DX spots close to the same frequency as older DX spots replace the older spots to prevent clutter. The individual band slider controls can be used to tune the radio by band. The Band Plan popup in the Station Prefs Panel will select one of the default band plans or your Custom band plan.

The Show Bands Worked by DXCC check box in the Look Up Prefs Panel will show a green light if you have confirmed that DXCC ID on that band in your log, otherwise the green light indicates that you have confirmed QSO's on that band. Sometimes you want to know: "What bands have I worked this guy on before ?" Other times you want to know: "What bands have I worked Iceland on before ?". The Mode Dupes Only check box will determine if dupes are qualified by Mode.

Spot Color Codes:

• Magenta - Less than 10 seconds old.
• Red - Less than 5 minutes old.
• Yellow - Between 5 and 30 minutes old.
• Gray - Older than 30 minutes.
• Spots older than the Age DX Spots popup setting in the Map Prefs are removed.

Clicking on the callsign next to the spot does a lookup and changes radio frequency and mode.
